Thank you for visiting DM&A. It is with immense pride that we celebrate our twentieth anniversary throughout 2026. From our first engagement in 2006, we have been intentional, never relying on luck, but leveraging our collective knowledge, expertise, and experience, while holding ourselves and each other accountable to deliver (over-deliver) on our commitments. We treasure our reputation as a premier trusted advisor and partner and are as committed today to earn trust and confidence in DM&A as we were when we opened our doors 20 years ago. There are dozens of people who contributed to this incredible journey, beginning with our families, initial clients, and team members who took a leap of faith in their careers to join DM&A.

What has changed in 20 years at DM&A? The depth and breadth of our services and impact has multiplied. What remains the same is the heart of DM&A – a collaborative, high-performing, family-oriented culture grounded in shared values, trust, and a commitment to providing the right expertise, the right team, and the right solutions for our clients’ success.
